Pay: Commission-Based – Average reps earn $2,000–$4,000/month
We generate hundreds of warm leads every month through marketing—we need your help qualifying and quoting these leads.
You won’t be swinging a hammer or measuring on-site—your job is to:
✅ Contact the lead
✅ Ask the right questions
✅ Get a verbal commitment
✅ Hand it off to our team to finalize and close
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:
You’re persistent and confident on the phone
You can work independently from home
You know how to follow up professionally
You enjoy helping people make big decisions
You have 1-3 years of sales experience
You live in Tennessee, USA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Call, text, and email warm leads (provided to you weekly)
Qualify the lead’s timeline, project type, and intent to buy
Schedule and document next steps for our in-house team
Follow up consistently and keep notes organized in our shared system
You are the first point of contact—your energy, follow-up, and professionalism are what make the client trust us enough to move forward.
About the Company
We started Black Mountain Cabinetry after years of managing multiple remodels for both personal and investment properties. We share a passion for looking back at remodels and seeing a refined, finished, and functional space. The star of the show was always the cabinetry. So we set our focus on that.
